Plastic Oblique Pipe Honeycomb Filling
Specification： 35mm, 50mm, and 80mm.
Plastic oblique pipe has the following characteristics:
wide applicability, high efficiency, small occupied area,
corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, is a filling
product with high performance/price ratio. The raw materials
of plastic oblique pipe are mainly made of modified PP,
and PVC, and the shape of oblique pipe is equilateral hexagon,
with incline angle of 30°, as showed as follows:
*Capable of wetting a larger area, with small water power
diameter.
* Good laminar flow status, granule sedimentation not
disturbed by turbulence.
* When the length of oblique pipe reaches one meter, the
payload should be according to the standard: 3-5T/M2·H.
And keep VO in the scope of 2.5-3.0milimeter/second to gain
optimal effluents quality.
* The processing capability of oblique pipe sedimentation
tank is the 3-5 times of the horizontal flow sedimentation
tank, and 2 times of the accelerated clarifier and pulsed
clarification tank.
* With the aeration strength lower than that of activated
sludge method，and the sludge unnecessarily flowing back，so
the power consumption could be lowered and the management
could also be simplified.

This kind of combined filling is developed on the basis
of flexible filling and semi-flexible
filling, having the advantages of both. Its structure is obtained
by pressing the round plastic plate into the large double
plastic ring, on which aldehyde fiber or terylene fiber are
pressed evenly; its inner ring is the plastic braches like
snowflake in shape, which could be used both to hang membrane
and to pierce the bubble effectively, improving the oxygen
transfer efficiency and the utility of oxygen, rendering the
exchange between the air in water and the bio-membrane complete,
and finally efficiently processing the organic substance in
the water.
