It is widely used mechanical dewatering for sludge and has advantages of continuous production, less power consumption, larger handing capacity and convenient operation and maintenance. This device is designed with a gravity dewatering device in water area, so it has longer gravity dewatering area to let free water and sludge fully separate, then into three-pressure dewatering systems of pre-pressing roll, low-pressure roll and high-pressure roll and sludge is gradually pressured to dewater. Filter belt tight system of this device adopts pneumatic and automatic tight device, and deviation-correcting device can transmit biased error signal to PLC automatic control for automatically adjusting at any moment with immediate induction by high-sensitivity pneumatic sense switch. The operating speed of filter belt is mechanical (frequency conversion) speed regulation. The whole device is frame open structure and has aesthetic shape, reasonable structure, and high degree of automation, reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
Frame surface adopts advanced thermal spray-zinc treatment technology; guiding-axle roll, press-axle roll, pre-pressure and low-pressure dewatering roll adopt quality stainless steel; the surface of high-pressure dewatering roll adopts electrostatic spraying technology for surface strengthening treatment; deviation-correcting roll adopts quality encapsulated treatment.
