Machinery grid
Machinery grid directly installs on the channel, and the solids in water are hold by grizzly bar and set to the bake higher position of grid drive device through rake teeth for arrangement. The assembly tooth rake can form the vertical and horizontal space to let water flow. And rake teeth are made by nylon with wear-resisting property and its life can reach 10 years.
Two sides of grid bracket fixed on concrete channel and installed by screws to let grid conveniently dismantled. The installation of grid can let sewage in channel all flow the grid and two sides of channel have not death pits. Moreover, the installation of grid bottom can make that grid is easy to rake dirt within the whole height of grid and the bottom of grid does not accumulate garbage.
The motor drive device and shield of grid spotter are as a whole. Once overloaded, it will bring alarm, that is, automatic shutdown.
