Working Principle:
The most important part in the PH/ORP controller is
the PH/ORP electrode with PH/ORP selective glass membrane.
When the electrode is submerged in the solution, H+
electric charge will form a battery voltage between
the glass membrane and the solution, and the PH value
can be graphed as a linear function.
The built-in microcomputer in the controller compares
the measured value of PH/ORP with the pre-set high/low
value, and determines whether the relay should be on
or off, so the feeding chemicals could be controlled
to adjust the PH/ORP value of the measured water.
Having the signal output of 4-20mA standard current,
and being direct proportion to the PH/ORP value.
Widely used in the printed circuit board industry and
the treatment of electroplating and various metal wastewater.
